Returns Policy

Right to retract :

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have the legal right of withdrawal. Indeed, all of the products offered on the the precious energy site are personalized or made-to-order products.

Returns:

• If the merchandise is not defective or does not contain any anomaly, no return is possible.

​

• The customer has a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery to communicate by email with the precious energy concerning any anomalies detected on the product or the personalization.

​

• In the event of an original defect for the products ordered, we will act according to the standard on the guarantee of consumer goods by carrying out the corresponding substitution, repair, reduction in price or resolution. This management will be done free of charge. ​

By confirming the order, the customer expressly accepts these general conditions of sale by submitting to the legislation in force in the country of the seller and more particularly to the rule regulating the acquisition of a personalized or specific product.
